Control Panel User Guides
The Plesk Control Panel manuals for Linux can be found here.

These manuals describe how to use the Plesk control panel for setting up and managing the various settings and capabilities of your hosting package.

Email Setup
ISP’s are now blocking port 25 which is the default port used by your email program to send email, so you will need to change the SMTP port in your mail client settings to be able to send mail. Following are the recommendations for setting up your email client to be able to send mail.
1. Change the outgoing (SMTP) port to 587, use with or without SSL.
2. Change the outgoing mail server to your local ISP’s mail server name which can be found by contacting your Service Provider. Note: This is not recommended as it may cause your messages to be considered spam.To secure your email, we recommend that you enable SSL/TSL encryption for both incoming and outgoing mail, set the mail server names to the following:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.rgbenterprises.net
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.rgbenterprises.net

Do not select secure password authentication.

Sample settings for setting up your email client can be found here.

Please contact us if you need assistance.

Once installed, your web browser will recognize the security certificate used on this site.
Click Root Certificate (PEM Format) if you are using Firefox.
I am getting to much spam, how do I train my spam filter to recognize spam?
You can improve accuracy of spam detection if the spam filter on the server is switched on for your account and you are accessing your mailbox over IMAP protocol.

To improve accuracy of spam detection:

1. Access your mailbox with webmail or a mail client program on your computer.
2. Review the messages in your Inbox folder. Move all spam messages to the Spam folder. This will make the spam filter recognize spam more efficiently.
